5 Foot Boar hunting spear
This spear has good balance and throws quite well. The spear measures 5 feet with a 14 inch carbon steel blade. The shaft is made of a nice hardwood. My 64 year old father threw this spear up in the air about 15 feet and it traveled true and stuck about 7 inches into the ground. The really nice thing about this spear is that is has a sinew wrap that makes for a good grip when throwing. The spear has a PVC collar and this is to make the spear light and well balanced for throwing. A spear like this has killed a wild hog recently in East Texas. This piece is made in the USA in Fort Worth, TX.
